Fairy Tale Parties is excited to introduce Kid’s Yoga Classes and Mommy & Baby Postnatal Yoga Classes this fall!

Kid’s Yoga – Where Your Heart Lights the Way
This exciting yoga class allows children time to stretch, relax and learn positive values and character traits in a fun and playful way. Through this practice children learn how to build strong bodies and strong character one pose at a time. Through this learning process children will not only build positive character traits and values but improvement will be see in their ability to focus and concentrate.  It will also help them build body awareness, self-control, flexibility and coordination.

Each class consists of Movement, Creative Visualizations for Relaxation, Reflection, and Quiet time, Heart Affirmation and a Fine motor activity!!

Age: 3-5-year-olds
Time: Fridays; 9:30 am -11:00 am
Dates: 9/15, 9/22, 9/29, 10/6, 10/13 & 10/20
Cost: $90 for a 6-week session; $19 single class

Mommy & Baby Postnatal Yoga Classes – Where Your Heart Lights the Way
Come meet other parents with babies and enhance your health and mood at the same time! Gentle yoga can boost your energy and your spirit. During this slow-flowing yoga practice you will stretch and strengthen your entire body. Babies are engaged with touch, kisses, and massage allowing them to be more comfortable and calm. Take time to slow down and relax, to let go of expectations of yourself and baby.

Each class consists of a movement sequence, breathing exercise, Heart Affirmation, and systematic relaxation!!

Time: Mondays; 9:30 am -10:45 am
Dates: 9/11, 9/18, 9/25, 10/2, 10/9 & 10/17

Meet the Instructor
Mary Beth is a registered Yoga teacher (500-RYT) and a certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) who has been teaching yoga for over 7 years. She is certified to teach Kids Yoga and Postnatal Yoga through the YogaLife Institute.  She also has 20 years of experience teaching young children with special needs. Using play-based yoga, she teaches children more than poses – she helps them learn what is important in life and how to develop a strong connection to their true self. Her Postnatal Yoga class allows mothers to create everlasting bonds with their babies by taking time to slow down and relax and have fun together. She welcomes you and your child on this journey of self.
